Connect2TalentSolutions' 2024 Review: Celebrating our Achievements

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible year of growth, new opportunities, and continued commitment to connecting exceptional talent with the public sector. This year marked key milestones for Connect2TalentSolutions, and we’re excited to share the highlights. 

Recognised at the British Recruitment Awards 

This year, Commercial Services Group Recruitment Division (formed of a number of brands including Connect2TalentSolutions), were honoured to be named finalists in the prestigious British Recruitment Awards for: 

• Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency of the Year 

• Recruitment Campaign of the Year (for our impactful Save for Summer campaign). 

These nominations underscore our commitment to providing innovative recruitment solutions and delivering meaningful results for the communities we serve. 

Celebrating a Rising Star 

We are especially thrilled to announce that Carren Flanagan, our talented Recruitment Trainer, won the Rising Star Award at the British Recruitment Awards. This accolade highlights Carren’s dedication, expertise, and the difference she has made in empowering individuals and strengthening our team. 

Strengthening Relationships 

In the past year, we prioritised building meaningful relationships with our clients. By attending 65 visits, we deepened our understanding of their needs, ensuring we deliver the best recruitment solutions. This focus on collaboration lays the groundwork for even greater success in the years ahead. 

Expanding Our Reach: Supporting Schools 

A key focus for 2024 has been supporting schools across the public sector. Since launching our catering recruitment efforts in September, we’ve already made significant strides: 

• 612 catering assistant shifts filled 

• 30 catering assistants supplied to schools 

• 4 cleaners, 2 administrators, 2 teaching assistants, 1 early years practitioner, and 2 site managers provided to schools 

This broad range of roles highlights the diversity of our recruitment expertise and our commitment to meeting the needs of schools and communities. 

Looking Ahead to 2025 

As we celebrate these achievements, we also look forward to continuing to grow in 2025. Our mission to support the public sector by providing top-tier talent remains at the heart of everything we do.
