Our Recruitment Solutions for the Education and Public Sector were established in September 2023.     

Connect2TalentSolutions is a subsidiary trading brand operating under the umbrella of Connect2Dudley, a recruitment agency owned by Dudley Council. We specialise in providing recruitment solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Public Sector and educational institutions in the West Midlands region. With a number of operating divisions specialising in the provision of Education and Public Sector procurement, HR and Recruitment solutions we have a unique understanding and value proposition for the markets we seek to serve.

The primary focus of Connect2TalentSolutions is to offer both permanent and temporary workforce recruitment services. Our dedicated specialist team utilises their extensive network of candidates and in-depth knowledge of the sector to identify and connect engaged talent with organisations in the region. Our commitment to quality and innovation, supported by best-in-class back-office functions, ensures that we consistently meet the highest standards and compliance requirements specific to the Public Sector.
